UNDERSTANDING THE CONCEPT OF TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
Abstract
The main goal of this study is to add to the body of knowledge by thoroughly examining the creation, definitions, and concepts of technology and technology transfer in light of a literature survey on these extensive research fields. Today, technology transfer is increasing rapidly. Solving the problems that arise during technology transfer is an important issue. There are different views on the concept of technology transfer. The parties to this transfer can be any legal or physical person. The article will consider the concept and aspects of technology transfer.
