Bu tədqiqatda tarixi-mədəni irs və mədəni turizminin qarşılıqlı əlaqəsi araşdırılır. Destinasiyanın həyat dövrü nəzəriyyəsindən istifadəyə, habelə tarixi-mədəni irs obyektlərinin və turizm sektorunun mövcud vəziyyətinin qiymətləndirilməsinə əsaslanır. Regionun mədəni potensialı ilə tanış olduqdan belə nəticəyə gəlmək olar ki, Quba-Xaçmaz bölgəsi zəngin tarixi-mədəni irsə görə mədəni turizminin inkişafı üçün kifayət qədər əsasa malikdir və bu, təkcə turizmin deyil, həm də regionun digər sosial-iqtisadi sistemlərinin inkişafına şərait yarada bilər. Quba-Xaçmaz iqtisadi rayonunun turizm destinasiyalarının əlaqəli şəkildə öyrənilməsi gələcəkdə bu istiqamətdə tədqiqat işinin genişləndirilməsinə şərait yaradacaq. Tarixi-mədəni ehtiyatların ayrı-ayrılıqda öyrənilməsi, onlardan səmərəli istifadə edilməsinin vacibliyi vurğulanır.

Historical and cultural resources of the Guba-Khachmaz tourist region
Abstract
This study deals with the study of historical and cultural heritage and cultural tourism. It is based on the use of the theory of the life cycle of the destination, the assessment of historical and cultural heritage sites and the state of the tourism industry. In order to get acquainted with the cultural potential of the region, it can be concluded that the Guba-Khachmaz region has a long-term foundation for the development of cultural tourism due to its modern historical and cultural heritage, and this can create the development of not only tourism, but also other socio-economic systems in the region. The related study of the tourism destinations of the Guba-Khachmaz economic region will create conditions for the expansion of research work in this direction in the future. The importance of studying historical and cultural resources separately and using them effectively is emphasized.
